Bill & Diane Alford are PFC Area Representatives in Arizona where they lead a team serving incarcerated women at the Arizona State Prison in Perryville. More than 300 ladies have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior since the Alfords started conducting services in October 2010.
